For peak seasons (December-January, summer holidays), we suggest booking 4-6 months ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible but may have limited availability for premium options.

Our packages typically include accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and some meals as specified in the itinerary. We also include all entrance fees to attractions mentioned, a dedicated tour manager for group tours, and 24/7 support. Flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are usually not included unless specifically stated.

Yes, we provide comprehensive visa assistance including document preparation, application form filling guidance, and checklist preparation. While we can't guarantee visa approval (as this depends on embassy decisions), our experience helps ensure your application is complete and properly presented. We also offer visa interview preparation for countries that require it.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the services booked and how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits (typically 10-20%). Between 30-60 days, we refund 50-75% of payments. Within 30 days, refunds depend on recoverable costs from suppliers. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
