Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email after successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before departure will receive a partial refund. No refunds are issued within 7 days.

Changes by Swati Tour

We may cancel or alter tour plans due to weather, safety issues, or minimum booking requirements.

Customer Responsibility

Travelers are expected to follow guidelines, carry valid ID proof, and respect the culture and laws of the destination.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance before your trip.
